Round tubular heating elements cast in aluminium, grey cast iron or bronze alloy


The heat generated by the round tubular heating elements is transferred over a large area by the circulating material. Therefore the round tubular heating element is thermally able to withstand substantially greater loads. The corresponding shapes can be adapted to the customer's wishes by the cast material manufacturer.

     
     
 

Surface heating elements for vacuum coating systems


Due to the full-surface arrangement of round tubular heating elements, assemblies are created for the evenly concentrated heating of surfaces - suitable for tool coatings and coating of glass plates (among other things for solar systems).

     
     
 

High-performance cartridges and tool heating cartridges


Highly compacted heating cartridges are applied for high energy densities. These are available in diameter sizes 6.5; 8; 10; 12.5; 16 and 20 mm, and can be completed by cable or screw-in thread fitting.

     
 

Micanite heaters


Micanite heaters are surface heating elements. Their advantage lies in the even energy distribution over any round or square surfaces. In order to extend the application spectrum, the heating elements are also equipped with an aluminium, steel sheet or stainless steel sheathing. Thus a high mechanical performance and an even pressure on the element to be heated are created.

     
 

Ring heating elements


Ceramic or micanite ring heating elements are ideal solutions for the heating of cylindrical surfaces. Operating temperatures of up to 350 °C may be reached during this process.
