FLUID HEATING

Round tubular copper heating elements

  • Hot water tanks and additional heating elements for boilers

Heating elements with an output of 1800 W to 2200 W for electric hot water supply for 5 l and 10 l hot water tanks for household and office use and additional electric heaters for large boilers from 30 l with an output to meet customer requirements.

  • Water heaters

Heating element for the fast and energy-saving heating of specified water quantities with an output of 1800 W to 2200 W.

  • Continuous-flow heaters

Highly-effective heating element for the immediate heating of running water - for example for hand wash basins, sinks, showers and also for industrial applications.
Stainless steel models available on request.

Round tubular stainless steel heating elements

  • Continuous-flow heaters for industrial use

The unit consist of housing from stainless steel in that mounted screw-in heater or firm brazed heating elements.
Length of housing: 320 mm – 1020 mm
    Power: 3 kW – 12 kW

  • Flange radiators

Flange radiators are designed for industrial application.
They enable high electric heating performance in restricted installation spaces. A special selection of materials, electrical parameters, design and regulation takes place according to the application area.

  • Heaters for steam generators and tempering devices

Heaters with extremely high surface loads in the output range from 2 kW to 40 kW designed for concrete applications. These heaters are used among other things for autoclaves or in direct tool heating systems in the plastics industry.

  • Screw-in heating elements

Heating elements with an output of 1800 W to 2200 W for electric water heating for 5 l and 10 l hot water tanks for household and office use and additional electric heaters for large boilers from 30 l with an output to meet customer requirements.

The stainless steel screw-in heating elements are manufactured in a protective gas atmosphere by means of furnace soldering using nickel-based solder, which substantially improves corrosion protection.

The standard model has a screw connection with
G 1 1/2" thread. Other thread sizes are possible due to the use of special brass heads, such as G 3/8" to 2 1/2".

The standard model of the regulator and limiter has the following temperature range:
    - Temperature regulator 30 °C . 95 °C with and without frost protection stage
    - Temperature limiter 110 °C . 120 °C

Depending on the application case, material structures with copper elements can also be used.

  • Insulated installation - for use in enamelled boilers

There is no conductive connection between the tubular heating elements from Incoloy and the water boiler. The installation will be taken place in conjunction with a protection current leak resistor. As a result of insulated installation are clearly delayed calcification of the heating surfaces and prevention of electrochemical corrosion.
Preferred length (depth of immersion): 320 mm – 780mm
    Power: 1, 5 kW – 9 kW

  • Indirect heating of stainless steel containers

Due to the indirect heating of containers, calcification on the heating elements are avoided and the cleaning of the container is thus substantially facilitated. They are mainly used in canteen kitchens, mobile kitchens and vehicle equipment as well as in special industrial applications.

Flat tubular heating elements

Flat tubular heating elements with an external size of 11.5 mm x 6.2 mm are manufactured up to a length of 1500 mm.
They can be delivered as a long or shaped element. The advantage is the relatively small installation size and the electrical connection on one side only.

Ceramic sectional radiators

Ceramic sectional radiators are ideal for the direct heating of all types of fluids due to the uncomplicated exchange of the heating inserts. Dismantling of the inserts is possible without draining off the medium. For ceramic heaters the heat conductor is placed in the grooves of the ceramic element. The ceramic elements are available in sizes Ø 31.5; 36.5; 45; 57 and 70 mm.
